I can help you unpack the details of your story so that you can travel more lightly on your journey and live the life you want.

In addition to 25+ years of international leadership and team building experience, I hold a degree in transformational change (MA Organizational Leadership), Life Coach training by Martha Beck's Wayfinder Life Coach Training, and am a 2nd degree Reiki practitioner.

I focus on both Executive/Career Coaching and Life Coaching, blending tools from each practice where needed to help you develop your life story and remove limiting beliefs.
