🌟 Hi! I'm Michael Kuan. My mission is to empower individuals on their journey to conquer life's aspirations by infusing them with unyielding resilience and unwavering grit through a person-centred and future-oriented coaching system.

My life's journey has been a constant exploration of the human spirit in the face of adversity. Here's a glimpse into my story:

🩺 A Journey of Resilience:
From birth, I've dealt with Spinal Bifida, a condition that has presented numerous physical challenges, requiring over 20 surgeries to address various issues. Early on, I faced a setback when I failed my first 'O' level exam shortly after kidney surgery. These experiences have taught me the importance of perseverance.

💼 From Telemarketing to Entrepreneurship:
During my second attempt at 'O' levels, I became a part-time telemarketer. This experience allowed me to develop essential sales and communication skills. I promoted a wide range of products and services, instilling in me the value of resilience and persistence.

🏢 A Decade in the Corporate World:
For ten years, I worked in various corporate roles while pursuing my part-time studies. However, I eventually realized that my career progression was limited due to my disabilities, which led me to explore other avenues.

🚀 Entrepreneurial Ventures:
In 2007, I co-founded two language services companies. Through dedication and teamwork, we expanded our operations across multiple markets, achieving significant annual revenues. In 2017, I chose to sell my shares and embark on a new phase of my journey.

🌏 Global Ventures and Homecoming:
From 2012 to 2016, I had the opportunity to live in South Korea, working to establish a new market. Health considerations eventually led me back to Singapore, where I took a career break to focus on my well-being, pursue a Bachelor's degree, and prepare for my return to my passion.

🌱 A Commitment to Resilience:
My experiences have ignited a passion within me to empower individuals and organizations to cultivate resilience. Currently, I'm on the path to becoming an ICF-certified coach, mastering tools like the Enneagram personality profile for corporate training and coaching, and working towards becoming a Singapore government-certified ACLP trainer.
