Anna Milaeva

I am a Transformational Coach and Level 3 trained IFS Practitioner. I work with individuals and teams who want deep inner clarity that actually shows up in real life, decisions, relationships, and work.

My core approach is Internal Family Systems. Parts work. We identify and work with the inner system that drives stress, overthinking, people-pleasing, shutdown, perfectionism, and burnout. The goal is not self-improvement or fixing.

The goal is Self-leadership. More calm. More choice. More space. Less inner conflict.

In 1:1 coaching, I support professionals, leaders, creatives, and founders who feel capable on the outside but internally fragmented or exhausted. We work directly with parts and protective strategies so clients stop fighting themselves and start leading their lives with more clarity and steadiness.

We go deep, but always in a grounded and practical way. What happens in sessions translates into daily life. How you communicate. How you make decisions. How you recover after stress. How you relate to others and to yourself.

Alongside my individual practice, I am also the co-founder of FINO, where I bring this same IFS-based Self-leadership work into organizations. Through Self-leadership Circles, teams learn a shared inner language that helps them stay clear, calm, and connected under pressure. This work is especially useful in high-stress environments where communication, burnout, and leadership strain are common.

My background includes leadership and operations work in startups, as well as coaching senior leaders in institutional and organizational settings. This allows me to bridge deep inner work with real-world demands.
