Before coaching full-time, I led global teams and managed high-impact initiatives at companies like Salesforce, Under Armour, Marriott, and Disney. I understand the pressure of performance, the weight of burnout, and the courage it takes to choose something more aligned.

During one of those high-pressure seasons, I met my first coach—and it changed my life. I was empowered to redefine success, live more authentically, and trust that I could thrive by being myself. That transformation led me here.
