INFJ. Taurus. Runner. Scary Movie Lover. Morning person. Powered by tea. Personal Motto: Life is Long, Don't Settle.

When I was a teen, I endured a large cultural shift from moving from a farm on the East Coast to a major West Coast city. I became enamored with the idea of culture and then found myself living abroad during my early twenties conducting research on cross-cultural behaviors. I am your girl if you ever dream of running away to a bigger, better adventure and indulging in the possibilities of the unknown!

However, living abroad is not all Parisian speakeasies and skydiving over super volcanos, there is a certain type of reflection that happens by yourself. I really struggled with loneliness and self-discovery during this time in my life. When you find yourself alone, you take time to reflect and wonder if you are the person you want to be or just the person people expect of you. Through my journey, I developed self-awareness and really took the time to get to know me. This is what genuinely motivates me to assist others; I realized that as soon as I developed a sense of self, everything fell into place in my mind. I found that knowing who I was at my core made me more decisive, confident, and secure.

One of my favorite topics is guiding others on this journey of self-discovery to find who they truly are and to live more intentional lives that align with their goals. Our self-worth should not be measured in our productivity, our appearances, or our achievements, but who you are at our core. We should focus on behaving according to our values, instead of chasing the things that will temporarily boost your self-esteem including seeking validation in our romantic partner.

As a coach, I am direct, creative, positive, validating, and strive to be your ultimate cheerleader. At the end of the day, I want to be the person that challenges you to live your best life and be there for when it feels like too much. I will remind you to keep striving towards your aspirations. Whoever fights can lose. Whoever doesn’t fight, has already lost. I hope to meet with you soon!
