About Mark

Aristotle wrote about living "the good life." For him, that meant integrating a handful of ideals and responsibilities into his life. For you, "the good life" probably has a bit of a different definition than it did for Aristotle. Or maybe you're in the process of figuring out what that definition might be.

If you feel held back by anxiety, if you feel like you're underperforming, not living up to your potential, or maybe engaging in self-sabotage, or if you find that you spend a lot of time wondering how to find or create meaningful pursuits in life, I'd be happy to help. As a practicing psychotherapist in my state, I have the academic and practical experience to help you navigate life's challenges, whether professionally, personally, in your relationships, or just finding where you fit in the world.
