About Kaitlyn

I am a fully qualified actor with over 10 years experience in the creative industries. I have worked on TV and film sets, but my primary experience is in the theatre. Throughout my time as an actor, I was trained in various vocal techniques, movement styles and other dramatic practices which I now use to inform my coaching on confidence, assertiveness, leadership, decision making, public speaking and much more.

I also have my certification in counselling accredited by COSCA. This couselling certificate means I have experience in working one to one in a therapy session, advanced communication skills and extensive knowledge of the benefits and different types of therapy available. I am also an Autism Consultant, therefore I am very equipped to support autistic people or their families.

I provide coaching for a multitude of different presentations, such as;
- performance coaching
- coaching for anxiety
- emotional intelligence
- wellbeing
- public speaking
- actor's skill training
- self-esteem support
- life coaching
- neurodivergence (ADHD and autism)

I am trained, insured and qualified to be supporting you with your goals. I also undergo regular supervision with a qualified Psychologist who oversees the quality and ethics of my work. All work is confidential.
