I am a coach dedicated to helping people navigate their paths toward self-discovery, emotional resilience, and living in alignment with their values.

After 15 years in marketing across small businesses, medium-sized companies, and corporations, I realised I needed a change.

In 2018, I started my healing and self-discovery journey.
This shift wasn’t just a surface transformation but a complete realignment of who I am and how I live.

As part of my transformation journey, I tried many modalities, and my curiosity keeps me exploring. I’ve developed a passion for yoga, breathwork, meditation, trauma healing, holistic health, nutrition, and a transformational coaching process.

In May 2022, I completed my first coaching certification with TNM Coaching and in February 2025 Emotions Coach training with In Good Company.

What defines me as a coach:

• 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 Resilience: Supporting individuals to understand their relationship to emotions and learn to become more reflective and less reactive.
• 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: Personal beliefs on the importance of holistic health and wellbeing shape my coaching approach.
• 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 & 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: I am committed to ongoing growth, so I can better guide and support others through transformation.
