With a foundation in mindfulness and a coaching approach grounded in compassion, non-judgment, and trust, I facilitate clients to live their lives fearlessly and cultivate sustainable changes.

Certified through the Laser-Focused Coaching program and holding a Master’s degree in Work & Organizational Psychology, with a specialization in Coaching and Vitality in Organizations, I offer conversations that encourage creativity and transformation.

Ana is bicultural, Dutch and American and offers coaching in both Dutch and English.
