Whereas most therapies look to diagnose and relieve patients of problematic issues and symptoms, Aloha Coaching takes a radically different approach. Rather than getting rid of problems, its focus is on building character so you can take action regardless of your symptoms, fears, emotions, wishes, or anything else that may be holding you back.

Mindfulness, in part is about knowing what is controllable and what is not controllable, and being able to see what is so and act without attachment to expectations.
