I have developed The Conscious Leadership Model a body of knowledge that serves as a guide for your change taking your though the steps you need to take, simplyfing the process of getting from where you are now to a renewed energy and inner alignment.

I have transitioned from software development to people development after more than twenty years in the Tech Industry, now I focus on Leadership and Life Coaching of leaders in Tech. I also work with people past mid-life that want to find their life purpose.

My coach education is from Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and I was certified in 2022, I have been coaching since 2018 as an Agile Coach.

I have studied with Malou Laureys, a Therapist and Radical Collaboration® Master Trainer for 2 years and her Transformational Keys® Facilitation Model and the ENBA Theory; The Evolutionary Neuro-Biological Adaptation® (ENBA) theory, a theory of human functioning and change, which I can use to support you to get out of unwanted patterns and create deep lasting change.

From the 3-year study at Academy for Potential Psychology I am trained to help you align with your purpose, regain energy and address subconscious family system issues holding you back. Potential Psychology is based on the use of Pychological Astrology.
