I’ve been a C-level in biopharma, leading both Medical Affairs and HR. Today, I coach CSOs, CMOs, CFOs, CCOs, and other execs navigating complexity, visibility, and real strategic weight.

The leaders I work with aren’t figuring out how to lead.
They’re figuring out how to lead when the rules change, the expectations multiply, and everyone’s watching.
