I believe leading ourselves well is the starting point for leading anything well. The aim of my work is to help you build your personal leadership, so you navigate the world authentically with integrity.

Self-awareness is foundational to effective leadership and this is core to my work: you knowing your story, strengths, values, wants and vision. Through this a strong personal leadership is built.

I have spent over a decade in management consulting in different supporting roles and leadership positions. I am a Co-Active Certified coach from Copenhagen, Denmark but currently live in Bangkok, Thailand.
