Men need a trusted confidant who can empathize with their struggle and coach them on the path to freedom. Someone with an empathetic ear, a shared lived experience, and who is committed to their privacy. In a setting of kind acceptance, not judgment or rejection.

I coach men from my specialized training and my own journey from addiction through recovery. I assist them in the rigors of sober living, the challenges of relational repair, and understanding what is at the root of their problem.
