I've studied and taught religious studies for over twenty years. It's always been my passion to help people connect to God and to feel the gift of God's love in their lives. Often the Christian message we hear loudest in our culture feels judgmental and hypocritical. But when we put Jesus, scripture, and the church in their historical context, we find the inclusion, love, and salvation Jesus preached in God’s name. In my heart, I've always felt called to help people find God's radical, inclusive love in their lives using a historically-grounded and academically-informed approach to the find the heart of the Christian religion and faith.
