About Dana

My coaching practice offers a safe, present-focused space for non-judgmental support. I am non-judgmental, compassionate, and holistic in my approaches and solutions. I collaborate with my clients to identify their unique issues and explore the causes behind the challenges impacting their well-being and happiness. Through increasing awareness and clarifying values, my clients learn to identify the patterns and behaviors they are engaging in that are taking them away from their goals and desired outcomes. Through this process, my clients learn to empower themselves by making intentional choices and choosing actions that are in line with the way they want to be living. Setting them up to successfully navigate transitions and stages of life to come.
