About Allison
My journey to becoming an autism coach weaves together my experiences as a teacher, organizer, and parent. During my nine years teaching middle and high school, I learned firsthand how unique each autistic student was - from the student who began the year declaring his hatred for me but ended it with daily hugs, to many others who taught me the power of personalized support.
Later, as a Home Organizer, I helped neurodivergent clients master life skills beyond just organizing spaces, from setting up bank accounts to managing daily tasks like laundry and grocery shopping.
My understanding deepened personally when I noticed signs that my daughter might be autistic in addition to having ADHD. Though my concerns were initially dismissed, she eventually made the connection herself through YouTube conversations about autism. This inspired me to become a certified LifeMAP Autism Coach through AANE (Association for Autism and Neurodiversity), complemented by Coach Approach Training.
Today, I combine all these experiences to help young autistic and neurodiverse adults discover their unique paths and reach their full potential.
