At True Vine Christian Coaching, it is a Christ centered approach specializing in helping people move forward in their goals. As a certified Christian life coach professional, I work with clients in a way that utilizes biblical foundations and strategies to help both the body and spirit. I have worked two years in group coaching grief/loss and this past year helping several clients through rebuilding their identity in Christ, rediscovering hope, motivation, dream building, burnout/stress, emotional well-being, grief/loss, and host of other life challenges. Christian coaching helps when we hit a roadblock and were struggling to move past it. The techniques, skills, and biblical principles can help ensure a firm foundation is being built to regain your footing out of the quick sand of grief and sorrow. God motivated me to turn my passion for those hurting from life's challenges to a coaching business with Christ as our center.
