My coaching aim is to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their feelings and struggles as they process personal loss and grief.
I have considerable experience working with women, men and family members who are surviving personal, health or professional loss and managing the accompanying grief.
Life coaching is by definition future-focused and goal-oriented. Coaching with its inherent positive psychology stance encourages change and personal growth.
