Hi, I’m Mia. I work with helpers at crossroads. People who’ve hit burnout, had a life shake-up, or simply looked around and thought, “Is this really it?”

Maybe you’ve been holding everything together for everyone else. Maybe you’re navigating something tender - grief, a health scare, relationship breakdown, infertility, a career change, or coming back from burnout. Maybe you're in a season of “what now?” after years of go-go-go.

I’ve lived through many of those transitions myself: infertility, a health crisis, the loss of my brother, the end of my marriage, and saying goodbye to both my parents within months of each other...I know what it is to rebuild a life that feels like yours.

Through gentle but powerful coaching (and breathwork, if you're open to it), I’ll help you find your footing again. Together, we’ll explore what it means to give with balance, live with intention, and make space for what really matters - without guilt or burnout.

We’ll work on boundaries. Habits. Stories. Emotions. How you use your energy. What you say yes to. And how to start writing a new chapter - even if you’re still mid-plot twist.
