Dr. Danielle Lombard-Sims, SPHR, PCC is an accomplished C-Suite business executive and former Executive Partner with Gartner. She has over 29 years of in-depth experience in executive, leadership, and team-based coaching, talent and organizational strategy alignment, change management, board engagement, leadership development, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, cultural transformation, and creating inclusive environments. She has provided global and domestic coaching and advisory services to executive leaders across multiple industries, including healthcare, academic medical centers, biomedical, state and local government, oil and gas, banking, telecommunication, utilities, retail, and manufacturing industries. This multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary experience provides a unique insight into best practices across industries, and enables executives, leaders, and teams to work in synergy in accomplishing organizational goals.

A firm believer in lifelong learning, she has advanced degrees in leadership and industrial/organizational psychology. She is a member and certified executive coach through the International Coaching Federation. She has a Lean Green Belt, and is GE certified Master Change Acceleration Agent. She has been cited in several media and written publications, including CNBC, Forbes Magazine, Healthcare Journal of Arkansas, Becker’s Healthcare Review, Journal of Business and Psychology, and SHRM HR Magazine. She has also served as a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, CNBC Workforce Council and Chief. She is an experienced speaker who has spoken at events held by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), Becker’s Healthcare Review, local and state SHRM events, Association for Training and Development, Walton Executive Education, Power 25 HR Conference, Women in Leadership TN SHRM Conference, and Memphis Women’s Summit. She has held various board positions with the American Heart Association Go Red for Women, Louisiana Diversity Council, New Orleans SHRM chapter, Workforce Management Youth Council.
