About Chris

I’m Chris Roos, founder of Project Uhuru—a coaching practice dedicated to helping men break free from the beliefs, patterns, and identities that no longer serve them. “Uhuru” means freedom, and that’s exactly what I help my clients achieve: freedom from internal struggle, self-doubt, and societal expectations that keep them feeling stuck or unfulfilled.

My journey into coaching came from facing many of the same challenges I now help others navigate—identity crises, the pressure to “man up,” broken relationships, questions about purpose, and the quiet frustration of living a life that doesn’t feel fully yours. I’ve walked the path of reinvention, and now I guide others to do the same with clarity, courage, and compassion.

Using a blend of transformational coaching, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and mind shifting techniques, I work with men who are ready to do the deep inner work required to create lasting change—whether in their personal life, relationships, fatherhood, career, or mindset. This work isn’t about surface-level success. It’s about realignment, freedom, and creating a life that actually feels good to live.

If you're a man looking for a space to unpack, rebuild, and rise—I'm here to walk that journey with you.
