Hi, I’m Catrina—Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Coach & Trainer, and the founder of Renew Restoration, LLC. Before I ever sat in the therapist’s chair, I sat in the client’s. I’ve walked through seasons of burnout, disconnection, and self-doubt. I’ve experienced the weight of trauma and the deep ache of questioning my worth. And

I’ve also done the hard, healing work of choosing growth—even when it meant disrupting everything I thought I knew.

That’s why I do this work.
I believe healing is just the beginning. The fundamental transformation happens when we move from surviving to thriving—from unpacking our past to intentionally designing our future. That’s where I come in.
