I work with adult women who are stuck because of trauma responses learned in childhood.
Together we will name the hurt, identify it's power over you and begin to change your narrative and response. The event did not cause the trauma, the response did. We will examine the reasons for the response. You will see it was not your fault. You will accept that only you have the power to change and that changing is how you heal and move forward.
When you are ready, we will search for and discover your purpose and create a plan you can implement to walk in it.
