Earlier in my career, I spent several years in turnaround and strategic business consulting throughout the US and Canada, then worked my way up to Director of Talent at a Chicago-based consulting firm. I began my career in healthcare in a variety of executive and clinical roles, including my own allied health clinic as well as senior living facilities. I am an MBTI certified practitioner and proud to be an ICF Certified Professional Coach.
