I'm Coach Marcus Crosby, Founder and Principal Coach of Crosby Coaching, LLC, and my mission is simple: to help people gain clarity, build confidence, and create meaningful change in their lives.

I believe that everyone deserves a safe, supportive space where they can be themselves, speak openly, and pursue their goals without fear of judgment. My coaching approach is rooted in authenticity, empowerment, and accountability. I help individuals identify their strengths, overcome obstacles, and develop practical strategies that move them closer to the life they want to create.

My youth coaching and mentoring programs focus on leadership development, character education, career exploration, goal setting, communication skills, decision-making, self-confidence, and social-emotional growth. Through workshops, mentoring groups, and interactive learning experiences, I help young people discover their strengths, develop positive habits, and prepare for success in school, careers, and life.

As a Certified Life Coach, Certified Student Career Coach, and Certified Special Educator, I bring a unique combination of coaching expertise, educational experience, and real-world guidance to every client and program I serve. I stay committed to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practices to ensure my clients receive effective, holistic support.
