About Andrea
Hello and Welcome!
My coaching approach is client‑centered and grounded in creating an environment where you can brainstorm, plan, and navigate challenges without judgment. I use proven frameworks, leverage a science-based approach that emphasize action, accountability, and results, at a pace that drives progress without burning you out.
If you're leading a team, preparing to launch a new idea, or trying to build momentum on a personal project and you want a certified coach who can support your goals and provide meaningful accountability, you've come to the right place.
About Me:
I consider myself a (mostly) recovered corporate leader with a background is in leadership, operations, and project management within the SaaS (Software as a Service) and technology industry. I spent nearly 20 years partnering with internal and customer‑facing teams to grow, scale, and support start‑ups and small businesses.
My coaching training began with a university‑level program in leadership coaching through NC State University’s LCOP Program, an ICF‑approved curriculum. From there, I completed a certified, proctored exam, worked under the guidance of multiple experienced coaching and leadership mentors, and completed extensive hands‑on practice with clients.
In July 2025, I earned my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation, a globally recognized coaching level of excellence. I’m currently working toward the 500‑hour requirement for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, which allows me to bring an additional level of mastery to my clients.
I also hold an MBA from the State University of New York in operational management with a focus on entrepreneurship, a certification in Professional Life Coaching from the Transformation Academy, a Women's Empowerment Coaching Certification, and a Mindfulness Teacher Certification from Holdrick University.
I have completed the following, based on the International Coaching Federation's credentialling requirements for my current ICF ACC Certification, :
- 125+ hours of coaching education: Advanced, ICF‑approved training that builds on foundational skills and expands into higher‑level coaching competencies.
- 250+ hours (& counting) of coaching hours: Extensive real‑world coaching practice, including at least 450 paid hours, demonstrating sustained professional engagement and client impact.
- 10 hours of mentor coaching: Targeted development with an experienced, ICF‑credentialed mentor to refine technique, presence, and effectiveness.
- A successful performance evaluation: Assessment of coaching mastery against ICF’s advanced competency standards including 5 reviewed and scored coaching recordings.
- A passing score on the ICF Standardized Credentialing Exam: Verification of knowledge, ethics, and the ability to apply coaching competencies at a professional level held through a proctored testing center.
