With 15 years of experience as a software engineer and leader, I’ve come to believe that the most meaningful growth happens when we focus on the person behind the code. Over the years, I’ve mentored engineers through burnout, technical challenges, and career transitions — and time and again, I’ve seen that when engineers feel seen, supported, and clear on their path, they don’t just thrive personally — they write better code, lead more effectively, and build with purpose.

That belief led me to coaching: creating space for engineers to reconnect with what matters, navigate change with confidence, and grow into the next version of themselves.
