Emily is a leadership coach and consultant dedicated to helping professionals find excellence and fulfillment in their work and lives. She specializes in guiding individuals in their transition into leadership roles, equipping them with the skills and confidence to lead effectively.

With more than 20 years of experience in team development, change management, and strategic leadership Emily has led global initiatives, professional development programs, and dynamic teams. Having navigated change and uncertainty herself—with the support of great coaching—Emily now helps others unlock their potential and power.

Emily is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Certified Association Executive (CAE), and a Forty Under 40 Award recipient by Association Forum USAE. Emily earned an iPEC Certified Professional Coach certificate and is an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. She is also an active member of the International Coaching Federation. Emily holds a degree in psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
