Hi, I’m Lisa Ramos, founder of Her Rise Confidence Coaching for Girls. With over 10 years of experience working with youth and women, I specialize in empowering girls (ages 11+) to build self-confidence, leadership skills, and emotional strength.

As a former elementary and middle school teacher, I understand the unique challenges girls face today from peer pressure to self doubt. My 1:1 coaching sessions are safe, supportive, and personalized to help each girl rise into her full potential.
