About Michelle
My name is Michelle, and I hold a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Trauma and Community Counseling. I also completed a Certificate in Embodied Intimacy & Relationship Coaching, which allows me to bring a deeply somatic and relational perspective into my work.
I have hands-on experience counseling adults navigating challenges such as C-PTSD, PTSD, OCD, anxiety, panic, dissociation, and depression. These experiences continue to shape the compassionate, grounded approach I bring into my coaching practice today.
At Wondrous Living: Trauma-Trained Coaching, I support adults moving through the impact of narcissistic abuse, dysfunctional families and in-laws, and difficult work environments. I also walk alongside those deconstructing from religion and/or high-control groups, processing rejection, facing fears, and even exploring the universal fear of death.
This work is about creating a safe, validating space where you can feel seen and supported. Together, we’ll begin untangling the patterns that keep you stuck, so you can reclaim your sense of self and step into a life that feels authentic, free, and deeply wondrous.
