About Elizabeth
“The awareness and movement forward I've been able to find with Elizabeth's sessions are invaluable. I haven't found any type of coaching (and I've tried it all) that allows so much permission to witness the stirring inside and the safety to bring it to the surface for greater clarity and a deeper sense of truth and purpose.”
"It is without exaggeration when I say that, every time we talk, my world expands."
"Thrive is a word I associate with her. She helps me to thrive."
The unique role I’ve played in people’s lives over the years has had many names: spiritual adviser, mighty encourager, listening artist, companion at the crossroads, life transition doula, intuitive guide, inner awareness coach, ‘my personal minister,’ and ‘just a really nice person to talk with.’
I call myself ‘secular’ because I have no religious affiliation or agenda. I call myself ‘chaplain’ because, for the past twenty years, it is the word that best encapsulates all of those names above. I’ve come to understand that the way that I listen and respond is helpful to people. So I'll keep doing it.
Let’s explore meaning, purpose, connection, and clarity in your life. Or anything else that might be on your mind and heart. This could be described as spiritual advising or, in secular terms, inner awareness coaching. My only agenda is to be wholly present, to ‘hold the space’ in a way that is free of judgment. Any advice I offer is in the form of a reframed perspective, an evocative question, or a suggestion that’s aligned with what I perceive your own inner guidance to be. I am fluent in both secular and spiritual language and will use words and frames that resonate with your truth.
“I always feel comfortable sharing anything with her, no matter how trivial or silly, how painful or delicate. She creates a nonjudgmental space to witness, ask questions, discuss, and think things through. When she does offer suggestions, they are inspirational and heart-centered, and are also often practical with real-world applications. She leaves room for nuance and humor as well, which are rare, wonderful things nowadays.”
