About Angela

As a certified Neurocoach Angela specializes in teen and tween girls with ADHD/ADD, AuDHD, Anxiety and Learning Differences. As a mom to a now teenage girl who was diagnosed with ADHD/ADD, AuDHD, Anxiety and Learning Differences at the age of 5, Angela has dedicated her life to finding a direct path away from anxiety and depression for her daughter that is often synonymous these cognitive profiles.

Some of her modalities of choice are cognitive restructuring, synaptic pruning of negative automations, strengthening executive functioning skills, focusing on positive habits that will reduce negative outcomes, such as improving emotional regulation, identifying triggers for anxiety and teaching tools to manage it rather than be managed by it. Eliminating negative self-talk and improving overall self-concept is a large part of Girl Guides Coaching program and leads girls to realize they are not broken, they do not need to be fixed, and that they have their own special gifts that the world can't live without.
