About Dana

For 25 years, I taught health and wellness, during which I learned the art of supporting, encouraging, and meeting people exactly where they are. Those years shaped my belief that meaningful change begins with truly listening to individuals. This belief continues to guide my coaching practice today. As a coach, I provide a calm and attentive presence, demonstrating a deep commitment to active listening. I employ thoughtful, reflective questions to help clients gain clarity about themselves and explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in the moment. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the understanding that every person possesses inner wisdom waiting to be discovered. I consider myself a lifelong learner, and I encourage my clients to approach their growth in the same way—through learning, reflection, and the continuous sharpening of tools that support their future ease and clarity. I earned my Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation in 2017, and in July 2025, I completed my Professional Certified Coach credential. Additionally, I hold master’s degrees in Community Psychology and Education in Professional Development, both of which provide a supportive and evidence-based foundation for my work.
