Ben Robins

Ben Robins is a Business and Leadership Coach who helps business owners build successful businesses that give them greater freedom, rather than businesses that increasingly consume their time, energy and attention.

Before becoming a coach, Ben led the European division of a global consultancy, working with organisations including Google, Meta, Unilever and Dyson. He understands first-hand what it is like to grow a successful business while carrying the pressure and responsibility that come with leading a team, making important decisions and having more and more of the business depend on you.

His coaching is bespoke, direct and practical. Rather than offering generic frameworks or surface-level advice, Ben helps clients understand what is really driving the challenges they face and what may be preventing them from making the changes they already know they need to make.

His work covers both the business and the person running it. Clients come to him for support with business growth, leadership, difficult decisions, managing a team, creating more freedom, and navigating periods of significant pressure or transition. Together, they also address the overthinking, self-doubt, expectations and long-standing patterns that may be influencing how the client thinks, leads and runs their business.

Ben works with a small number of clients through confidential one-to-one coaching. The aim is not simply to build a more successful business, but to build one that works for the person who created it.
