About Red
Hello,
I am a life and health coach for women and AFAB people currently living in Japan. I accept worldwide clients as long as our schedules match. This is my main focus, but I do also help with culture shock and chronic illness acceptance/relationships.
What I do is find ways to make systems that work to get you out of the ADHD overwhelm. I'm sure you've been stuck looking at your list of things to do, sitting there frozen and unable to even begin the process. Then you feel guilt for not getting anywhere and avoid the tasks with doomscrolling or gaming or anything else to get that dopamine running in your head again. But the feeling of guilt and failure remains and you can never feel truly happy. Getting out of this process is possible with the right tools and skills. Being perfect isn't necessary and consistency doesn't look the same for everyone. It may feel like you keep trying, falling off the wagon, and getting on it again and that makes you feel like a failure. But did you know that is part of the process? Guilting yourself for falling off for a day or two is what makes staying off the wagon stretch into weeks, months, or even years.
Together, we can find out what system you need to make your ADHD work for you. It can be in any aspect of your life. Perhaps you want to improve your relationships (romantic or platonic), you want to organize your home better, get better at making appointments on time, or even improve your eating habits - we can find that answer together.
