Through the self-therapy IFS psychology modality, I empower individuals to overcome personal obstacles in beliefs and/or emotions. With training and experience, I provide guidance and education to individuals who are seeking to be unburdened from limiting factors within their psyche that are holding back their abundant life. Individuals experience personal transformation into deeper Self-empowerment and greater Self-energy, bringing greater confidence and clarity into their lives. Having unburdened my own trauma through inner IFS transformation, I bring insight, compassion and care to my clients.
