We often demand too much from ourselves without reflecting on what we are going after. My focus as a coach is to help young women overcome the pressures of “living their best life” and discover a life that is best suited for them personally and professionally. I want to partner with you to find clarity in your career, your relationships, and yourself.

After a decade of work experience in advertising, I received my certification as a Certified Professional Coach from the Institute of Professional Excellence (iPEC). I now focus on coaching full-time. I’m also an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), which gives me the tools to help you assess your attitudes and behaviors towards everyday life and increase your awareness of how stress may alter your experiences.
