I am a lifelong musician, and creative professional. I have played in bands, toured throughout the USA, owned a mobile recording studio, promoted concerts, etc. I am a dad to two amazing boys, and husband to the best woman there is. I’ve been coaching since 2016, when I decided it was time to hang up the headphones and focus on what I really loved: helping creative people to make great work and have more career success.

A coaching conversation with me is fun! We spend our time together talking about what might be possible, celebrating wins, connecting with joy, and having fun. It’s a light hearted, forward looking exploration. My clients leave our conversations feeling invigorated, excited to get started and clear on what they want to do next.

I never belittle, berate, or pressure my clients. We don’t talk about willpower, gutting it out, sucking it up, or building habits, unless the client wants help with that. We look at how to make things more fun, easier, simpler, and in alignment with our values.

Coaching is a place to play with the future, to see the beginnings of a path to what we want, and to check in and joyfully create the next step. We walk the path together, laughing and enjoying each moment.
