About Hanat

Hanat's purpose is to bring healing to as many open and willing doors as possible. She believes healing self opens the way to healing others and the world in which we live if and we must be willing to first be prepared to transform and let go of the narrative that has interrupted that healing process. Why? Because hurt people hurt people, and hurt people hurt. With the experience of a life coach, mental fitness coach, substance use counselor, certified somatic trauma professional, educator, meditation and mindfulness practitioner, DEI+J trainer, and lifelong learner Hanat has cultivated an integration of helpful and evidence-based tools. She believes that by working together we can configure, adapt, and apply the most effective and compassionate ways to address pain, meet our needs, and cultivate lifelong transformational change.

Hanat is also extending coaching and consulting services to individuals/organizations motivated to create an inclusive culture in which everyone wants to work and bring the human-e into DEI &J work. Just like in a family made up of individuals, so is the world in which we work, live, and play. When we heal, we become technically efficient to create a better place for us, all.
