As an independent, ICF ACC qualified coach I can support you with life coaching as well as executive and business coaching. As I'm experienced in both being a leader as well as leadership development and training meaning my coaching is a practical and pragmatic option for achieving the personal improvements you want.

As your coach, I am fully present for you, listening actively, whilst being confidential and totally objective for you. My style is relaxed but with challenge and humour to help unstick you from your given situation and enable progress so you can begin to thrive.
