Shayna Bergman

Shayna is a passionate, results-oriented coach who empowers motivated individuals to unlock their potential. She has a proven track record of helping people to achieve deeper meaning and fulfillment in their personal and professional lives through authentic leadership and clarity of purpose.

With a focus on parents in executive and leadership positions, Shayna challenges her clients to look deeply at themselves by reflecting on their values, dreams, limiting beliefs and inner critics. She then helps them create an action plan that inspires breakthroughs and leads to sustainable change.

Known for her perceptiveness, insights and ability to speak the truth to leaders at all levels, Shayna’s most successful clients are those who are dedicated to evolving their best selves and fostering that growth in others.

Shayna has extensive experience working with individuals across all levels of leadership including C-Suite, mid-level managers, individual contributors and students. She’s worked with global corporations, small businesses, start-ups, non-profits, and universities.

Prior to coaching full-time, Shayna was an HR Business Partner at a global professional services firm. She also helped build and grow the HR department at a thriving global legal start-up. She taught Executive and Corporate Coaching, Public Speaking and Professional Communications as an Adjunct Professor at both New York University and The George Washington University. Shayna received her B.A. from The George Washington University and her M.S. in Human Resources Management and Development concentrating in Executive Coaching from New York University. Having studied at the Sorbonne in Paris, she’s also conversant in French.

Shayna enjoys the opportunity to speak on podcasts, panels and to deliver keynote addresses. On a personal note, Shayna resides in Fairfax, VA and is married to a man who makes her laugh, keeps her grounded and puts up with her FOMO attitude about life. She has two kids who remind her that they’re in charge, who lovingly drag her to all their things and who enjoy day-long snack times. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, dining out and hiking. Her superb organizational skills can be seen in her busy personal and professional calendars, as well as her kitchen drawers and linen closets.
