Hi! I’m Elizabeth. I’m a Life and Weight Loss coach who works with (mostly) women in mid life who want to lose weight but are done with dieting.

Through focusing on easy to do, sustainable habits, and the obstacles that get in our way, I guide my clients to the set of lifestyle habits that work for you. Using certain cues, I help my clients design the right health program for your body and lifestyle - with the idea that we can achieve optimal health; which then leads to better relationships, self-esteem, and overall life happiness.

I host a weekly podcast called Done with Dieting where I give simple, easy to do advice on how to get more consistent with your health habits so that your inner critic doesn't have anything to complain about anymore.

I’m a Chicago native, but now conduct my coaching business in Mexico, and through the advancements in technology, meet with my clients through video: focusing on the areas of health: eating, moving, stress and sleep management, body image and how we think about them.
