Anne-Marie Silvester

I am a life coach dedicated to helping people reframe their experiences in a turbulent world and discover new facets of themselves, enabling them to adapt to uncertainty, develop and achieve their goals, whether personal or professional.

I have been fascinated by the human psyche throughout my life and thoroughly explored my own in over a decade of psychotherapy in various forms. I have also acquired extensive knowledge of mental maps and models from psychology and related fields, including Jungian cognitive functions/MBTI.

I regularly engage in various creative pursuits (mainly abstract art, but also writing and music), embracing the creative process rather than the outcome. This has involved dealing with imposter syndrome and putting myself out there for the scrutiny of others. And as someone with aphantasia, I have had to adapt the process to accommodate my difference.

Finally, I am also a freelance translator, so I have personally found myself on the front line of AI transformation and had to come to terms with the massive changes in my profession as part of my own lived experience. This has meant adapting to the emerging situation and making some tough decisions about my future, including re-evaluating my life purpose.
