Miriam Taylor

My greatest joy is found in guiding people to discover their God-given gifts and grow them in ways only he knew possible.

Reflecting on my life I’ve realized that I’ve always coached in one way or another. After graduation from college, I spent 10 years teaching high school social studies and literally coaching basketball and volleyball.

As my family started to grow, I took a leap of faith and launched a small business focused on developing online courses and e-learning. During that time I was so blessed to hire a small group of women who were looking to grow their gifts in a way that also provided life balance. Along the way there was a lot of coaching as we learned together how to structure and grow a small business.

After close to 10 years of growing this business, I sold my business to a local company and went to work for them with most of my team. Those years taught me what it takes to exponentially grow a company, develop processes, create organizational structure, and implement HR procedures.

During those years, my favorite times were when I had the opportunity to develop leadership training, coach younger team members, and provide opportunities to see staff grow into new areas of leadership.

*I graduated with a BA in Social Studies and Secondary Education from Cedarville University in 1994. In 2001 I completed a MA in Educational Technology from Western Michigan University.
