I went through years of being overweight and this past year I finally found the right combination for myself exercise and diet wise that works!
I've been a vegetarian for the past 8 years that leans 99% Vegan/Plant Based.
I love animals, sports and business.
I have been part of startups and small businesses and I consult others in getting their small businesses launched properly. I also do sales/marketing and e-commerce consulting as well.
