Mui Hwa Ng

I am a seasoned Leadership Development Consultant based in Asia with over 26 years of leadership development experience after 15 years as a regional director in a multinational corporation. My expertise spans cross-cultural competency, cultural diversity, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and team effectiveness. Over the course of my career, I have designed and facilitated talent development programmes, delivered public talks, and coached hundreds of senior and new executives from Fortune 100 multinational corporations.

My certification include GlobeSmart Cultural Workstyle, MBTI, Workplace Big Five, The Inclusive Behaviour Inventory, and 360 assessments amongst others enable me to support senior leaders in gaining deeper self-awareness and translating insights into effective behavioural and organisational outcomes.

I played a pioneering role in advancing inclusion and diversity in Singapore. I co-developed the initial Fair Employment Practice workshops for a national agency TAFEP, contributing to national efforts that promote equitable and inclusive workplaces, particularly within SMEs.

I firmly believe that humility, authenticity, energy, and the empathy to connect across diverse audiences are critical for growth. I am grateful to be highly regarded as a senior leadership coach. My earlier career in advertising across Asia and Europe shaped my understanding of how mindset drives behaviour and performance. Since transitioning into leadership development in 1999, I have spent over two decades helping individuals and organisations achieve meaningful change. Guided by my personal mantra, “To Make a Positive Difference,” I wake up daily grateful to learn as well as inspire leaders to grow, adapt, and lead with impact.
