Specific focus to coaching managers in fast growing companies to become better leaders. We know that when the company grows, special demands are placed on every manager. Processes and structures become complex, the team gets bigger and communication becomes crucial.
We are dedicated to coaching these managers through delivering pragmatic leadership toolbox, exchange ideas with other leaders who feel the same way as they do, and spar with experienced leaders who have experienced all this before and know how it works.
