With a strong foundation in both education and mental health, I bring a comprehensive, real-world approach to coaching individuals across a wide range of needs and backgrounds. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, along with advanced academic training in Special Education and Human Services, equipping me with a deep understanding of human behavior, learning differences, and personal development.

My professional experience spans coaching, education, and mental health settings. I have served in both teaching and administrative leadership roles, where I supported students, families, and staff in building effective strategies for success. In addition, my work within mental health institutions has provided valuable insight into emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, and evidence-based interventions that promote long-term growth.

I am certified in multiple evidence-based coaching and therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also hold specialized certifications as an ADHD Coach, Autism Coach, Life Coach, Career Coach, and Transformational Coach. This diverse training allows me to tailor my approach to meet each individual’s unique needs, whether the focus is executive functioning, emotional intelligence, career direction, or personal growth.
