Who is Amy of Aspire, LLC, and what makes her a knowledgeable and exceptional life coach?

Amy coaches clients to grow within to find life and work balance and less stress and joy in their lives.

Amy earned the following degrees: Bachelor’s in Marketing and Business Education at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, and then earned her Master’s in Counselor Education and her School Counselor 068 certification for grades six through twelve at Western Connecticut State University. After graduating college, Amy worked as the town of New Milford’s Adult Education Site Coordinator, then as Housatonic Youth Service Bureau’s Parent Educator, and then for the last 19 years as a middle school counselor for the New Fairfield School District in Connecticut. Her work experiences led her to work with all ages, during all stages of life, and with vast topics and themes throughout all personal developmental stages.

Amy has always been a helper, and she is excited to take all she has learned from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), an accredited school for life coaching, and couple it with her experience as a counselor to create a safe place for clients to work on anything related to their personal growth. Amy is a Core Energy (TM) Coach and soon-to-be Energy Leadership Index master practitioner. She wants to bring awareness to her clients of how the impact of their level of energy creates the paths for moving forward, as can revisiting values and becoming aware of what is getting in their way.

Amy's life coach service uses a goal setting, action planning, and accountability framework encompassing energy levels to create a mindset that allows clients to move forward in whatever they want to work on within their interpersonal growth with greater confidence and intention.

Amy offers virtual services and in-person for those living within driving distance from her office at 19 Main Street in New Milford, Connecticut. Her business is self-scheduling and self-pay, done via her website using Paperbell and Stripe.
